"Life Gave Me Lemonade..."

"And I can't imagine why.
*Continues singing the rest of the song*
I love that song..
And lemonade in general..
Especially pink lemonade!
Though, I don't really know the difference between the two...

(Please enjoy this picture while I debate the differences between pink and yellow lemonade.)

Yes, indeed, you have seen this hoodie before!
As I've stated previously,
A white, short-sleeved hoodie is a must have for your summer wardrobe!
Seriously! It goes with just about everything!

Including, but not limited to,
This bright yellow tank!

Oh, my goodness, how adorable is this skirt?!
 long, flowing, pink, and perfect!

I <3 sunglasses
They make life happy.

The perfect summer-y purse!
Yellow, pink, blossom,
Doesn't get much more sunshiny than that!
(Unless, you know..It had little sunshines on it..)

Check it out!
The little flowers on these Cu-UTE sandles
not only match the flowers on the purse,
but they also look like lemons!!

The Challenge: Silly Bandz- Cute or Tacky?

Ah, Silly BandZ...

The latest and, possibly greatest, new fad to hit America!

Turns out these innocent little bands are quite controversial!
Cute or tacky? You decide!
I took a vote from some of my friends and these are the results.
Neutral: 1

As it's...
It would be tied..
(If Temperence hadn't been neutral!)
I've decided to put together an outfit to try and see if I can't convince
 the "Tackiers"
that Silly BandZ can be pretty cute!
(All the while trying to convince myself..)
The Silly BandZ on the arm above are the bands meant for this outfit.

Hehe...Oh, yeah..
The other reason I did this outfit is because I wanted to show off THE best jacket EVER!!
I wear mine like this all the time!
(And only a very special jacket could cause me to wear the same outfit more than once a week!)
*Pink Band*

And, of course,
You must wear something under the World's Best Jacket.
(No duh there.. ;-P )
*Green band*

This skirt makes me think of a waterfall..
Or a river..
Or the ocean..
Or a cup of water..
(Can you tell I'm thirsty? ;-P )
*Blue band*

If you think these shoes are wild, you should have seen the shoes I was going to use!
These do a great job of tying all of the colors together!
*All of the bandz*

A penguin!!
I love penguins!
This penguin pendent is about the same shape as the Silly Band below!

*Red band*
(Seriously, this band was originally red! =P )
That is all.
(Well, except.. I have to say something about the adorable fringe-zipper!)
(That counts as saying something. ;-P )

Vanilla Twilight

I was sitting out on our driveway, the other night,
waiting for my mutt, Kevin, to come out from under the neighbor's car.
As I waited I looked up at the amazing night sky, I thought
"If the song Vanilla Twilight was an outfit,
it would be lavender and ivory."
And that is what inspired this outfit.

Now, to me, twilight is the most romantic part of the day!
And nothing says romantic like a heart-shaped locket!
And the little diamond star is absolutely precious!

Obviously, you can't have a romantic outfit without a little lace..
This jacket, with its beautiful sleeves, is just the thing!

You wouldn't believe how hard it was to find the right shade of lavender...
But here it is!
This shell is the perfect compliment to the rest of the outfit!

Long and flowing..
The only way a skirt should be!
The tiered look is one of my favorite styles when it comes to skirts!
"Star light, star bright.."
How much do I wish I had this bracelet tonight?!
(Sorry, I couldn't help it. :-P )
But seriously, this delicate charm bracelet is a lovely addition to any outfit!

Look at those ruffles!!
These uber feminine shoes are the perfect color!
Hey look!
More ruffles!
(You can never have enough ruffles!)
This classy clutch is a great finishing touch for this week's
Cute N Modest.

Stylin' Sorbet

Just sayin'....
I got SO hungry writing this post!

For starters we have THE best short sleeved hoodie evah!
I love that it's made of terry cloth! (A.K.A. towl material =P )

How cute is this shell?
The embroidery is lovely, and the color is so...

The Skirt that Started it All...
Actually, it's the skirt that caused me to start over!
Seriously, I had a totally different outfit already set up,
and then I saw this skirt..
And, naturally, I had to use it!!

Oh, hey!
This is my first
post that I've put white shoes on!!
(what is wrong with me?! )
These are such cute shoes too!
(I really don't think it's possible to make wedge-heeled, sling-backs that aren't cute!)

How precious is this necklace?
It not only has the sorbet colors I wanted, it has the shape too!

So, I saw this purse...
And I thought,
"Why is this not hanging in my closet?"
(And then I thought, "Because my purses hang on the back of my door, not in my closet..")

So, for those of us that use non-digital watches for bracelets,
And look at the sparkles!!
Seriously the cutest watch I've ever seen!
